When the day goes sideways

Skip a workout or eat a bigger lunch, and tomorrow stays as planned.

A snack you didn’t plan
Dinner gets a little lighter, and says why.
A late lunch
The next meal moves later and gets lighter.
A skipped workout
It’s dropped. Nothing piles onto the next one.
A trip or time off
Workouts pause and meals follow where you are.

Food you already eat

Dishes you already cook and order, in amounts you’d serve at home. No kitchen scale.

  • Your meals at your times: three a day, four with an evening meal, or brunch and dinner.
  • Any diet, any cuisine: non-veg, vegetarian, eggetarian, vegan or Jain.
  • Eating out? Name the place or snap the menu, and Nume picks what to order.

Your week, around what you already do

Tell Nume about your sport, gym days or daily walk, and it plans around them. Want workouts? It writes them for the days you can train, at home or at the gym.

Tell Nume, and it’s handled

Type what happened in your own words. Nume makes the change, shows you what it did, and gives you Undo.

It remembers what you tell it, and you can delete any of it.

Log a meal in a tap. See it add up.

Tap when you’ve eaten as planned, type a sentence, or snap the plate. Your day and your week add up on their own.

  • Weight shows as a trend, and the plan follows your latest weigh-in.
  • Rather not see numbers? Switch them off.

Before you join

General wellness, not medical care

Nume isn’t a doctor or a dietitian, and doesn’t plan treatment for medical conditions, pregnancy or eating disorders. For adults, 18 and over.

How AI is used

AI reads your photos, meals and messages to suggest dishes and changes. Every change goes through Nume’s own rules before it reaches your plan.

Your data

Your plan and records are stored in India. Some providers we use, like AI and photo storage, are outside India. No ads, no selling your data, and you can delete your account in the app.

No sales calls

We won’t ask for your phone number or call you to sell anything.

Questions

How is this different from a calorie-counting app?

Counting apps ask you to log everything and do the maths. Nume starts with a plan for today, built from food you eat, and changes it when your day changes. Logging is one tap, a sentence or a photo.

Where do the numbers come from?

Nume estimates each dish from what it is and how much you had, read from your words or your photo. They’re estimates, with restaurant dishes the least exact, and you can tap any item to correct it.

Why not just ask ChatGPT for a plan?

ChatGPT can write a good plan. Keeping it up to date is the work: telling it what you ate, what’s on this week, and asking again when lunch runs bigger. Nume already knows your week, takes a meal in a tap or a photo, and adjusts the rest of the day by itself, showing what it changed, with Undo.

I don’t go to a gym. Is it still for me?

Yes. Tell Nume what you do, even if that’s walking, and it plans food around it. Any workouts it writes for you start easy.

Will it stay free?

It’s free for everyone in the pilot. If that changes, you’ll get at least 30 days’ notice, and nothing is charged unless you choose it.
